A few plot hooks based somewhat on classic Doctor Who stories. Obviously it will depend on your own campaign and your own version of Doctor Who continuity.
An Unearthly Child - Yet to be Companions show an interest in the Time Lord. They discover the TARDIS and the Time Lord takes off (effectively kidnapping them).
The Daleks - Land on Skaro and discover the Dalek City. PCs must enter the Dalek city to repair a TARDIS circuit. In doing so they learn of the Dalek plan to kill the Tharls. The PCs must convince the peaceful Tharls to fight back against the Daleks.
The Edge of Destruction - TARDIS malfunctions causing crew to hallucinate, see things and attack one another.
The Time Meddler - A meddling Time Lord is trying to change established historical events on Earth.
The War Machines - A new super-computer has become sentient and is trying to take over the world. It is building robot warriors known as War Machines in factories across the world.
The Tomb of the Cybermen - PCs land on a remote planet where an exploration team believes they have found the final resting place of the Cybermen. It’s up to the PCs to help/stop the explorers.
The War Games - An evil Time Lord has taken soldiers from different time in Earths history and is making them fight one another in the hope of eventually putting together the ultimate army to conquer the galaxy. This could be expanded to include soldiers from alien races too (but not Daleks or Cybermen, they play too well!)
Spearhead from Space - The Nestine Consciousness is on Earth planning to attack using Autons and it’s control of plastic. PCs must find it and reason with it or destroy it.
The Sea Devils - a group of Sea Devils, the ancient rulers of Earth, have been accidentally awoken (by mining/drilling/whatever). PCs must force them back into hibernation or destroy them. Could be made more complicated if the PCs arch-nemesis is helping the Sea Devils.
Carnival of Monsters - the TARDIS gets caught in the field of a miniscope, a sort of miniature zoo machine. The PCs must somehow escape the device because it is on the verge of breaking down, which would destroy all occupants!
Frontier In Space - Earth and Draconia are on the verge of war, each believing the other is attacking their shipping starships. The PCs discover the attacks are being made by the brutish Ogrons obey the orders of the PCs Nemesis. He is trying to create a war for his own ends (or like the story, to soften up each side to make the Dalek invasion easier).
Robot - Would work as a UNIT story. Several robberies of high tech equipment, equipment that could build a disintegrator Gun. PCs investigate and discover an elite group of scientists using a giant robot with plans of world domination.
The Ark in Space - TARDIS lands on a space station where the population are cryogenically frozen, but discover there is an alien intruder planning on devouring the sleeping crew.
The Sontaran Experiment - The TARDIS lands on a desolate Earth of the future. They encounter a research team, some of whom have been captured and are being experimented upon by a Sontaran advance scout. PCs must convince the Sontaran’s that the earthmen are not weak and easily conquered.
The Brain of Morbius - an ancient an evil Time Lord, thought to be dead, is alive. His brain exists. A mad scientist is trying to build the ultimate body to house the Time Lords brain so he can return to conquer Galifrey.
The Seeds of Doom - scientists discover a Krynoid seed. The seed is stolen by a madman who thinks he can control it (or doesn’t know what it is). The seed grows and the PCs must stop the creature taking over the entire planet.
The Robots of Death - TARDIS lands on a mining ship and are accused of murder. PCs must find the real killers before they themselves are killed.
Horror of Fang Rock - TARDIS lands on an island during a storm. PCs go to help a malfunctioning lighthouse and shipwrecked crew. Only there is an alien in the Lighthouse set on killing everyone. The Alien is a shape-shifting Rutan and could be anyone!
Nightmare of Eden - PCs land on a space liner following an accident. Whilst trying to separate the crashed ships the PCs discover drug smugglers using a high tech projection unit. The projection unit can store parts of a planets and it’s inhabitants, this one is storing creature known as Mandrels which turn into the drug Vraxoin when killed. Only, due to the accident, the Mandrels have escaped the machine.
Meglos - aliens plan to steal a planets alien power-source.
The Keeper of Traken - an evil NPC (could be a Time Lord like The Master in this story) plans on stealing The Source, a great alien power, by becoming the Keeper of Traken. PCs must first convince the locals that they are not the evil ones.
Black Orchid - PCs land on Earth in the 1920’s and get mistaken for a guest at a local upper class gala. There is a murder and the accused PCs must find the killer.
Earthshock - PCs land on a space freighter and are accused of being stowaways. Only this ship has a much more sinister hidden cargo, Cybermen!
Frontios - a planet on the edge of the galaxy in the far future. A small colony struggles to survive against the continuous meteor showers. PCs discover the meteors are being cause by underground aliens knows as Tractators!
Revelation of the Daleks - PCs discover a sinister secret in catacombs below Tranquil Repose, a galactic cryogenic station. Daleks have discovered a way to turn the near dead bodies into Daleks! PCs must shut down the operation before the new Daleks are fully fuctional.
Delta And the Bannermen - evil mercenaries are trying to kill a Princess, Delta, and her daughter. On the run the Princess flees and ends up in a holiday camp in 1950’s Wales where the PCs encounter her. The PCs must stay alive and avoid the Bannermen until the Princess is ready to flee/fight.
Remembrance of the Daleks - two factions of Daleks are on Earth trying to find the Hand of Omega, a Galifreyan Stella manipulation device. PCs must try and stop the bloodbath that will ensue if armed forces try to engage the Daleks in combat while making sure the Daleks do (or don’t) get hold of the device.
